Tacusil® U10032 is a light curing resin developed for fixing and bonding PC and PC plastic substrates. Its good surface dryness is also applicable for plastic surface coating. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the resin reacts rapidly and integrates with the substrate, providing excellent adhesion strength. In many applications, the adhesion strength of this product after curing is even higher than the original material, proving that this product is a fairly reliable light hardening resin.

Tacusil® U10045 is a photo-curing adhesive designed for the bonding of ABS, HIPS, PS, PC, PVC, Acrylate, and more. When applied as thin films, this resin is highly transparent. This product can cure rapidly under the visible light. Additionally, this resin exhibits good water-resistance; therefore, it is suited for applications of water vats, UV-cut acrylate, PC or electronic devices bonding with water-resistance request. The adhesion strength of this product is stronger than that of the original materials, which makes it an excellent option of photo-curing adhesive.

Tacusil® U10047 is a light hardening resin developed for computer connector PVC/ PET/PI and metal connector reinforcement. This product can prevent wires from falling when bending which may cause short circuit. With good hardened surface dryness, this resin can free you from the annoyance of sticky fingers or dust. Rapid hardening can suit electronic packaging mass production best.

Tacusil® U20030 is an optical epoxy resin for optical gaps filling. After curing, the resin has good adhesion, thermal and cold shock resistance and low shrinkage. The product can cure under UV light, but to obtain the best optical properties, except for placing the resin in the UV lamp source irradiation, heat curing process can also be added.

Tacusil® U20040 is a light curing resin for joint filling of optical modules. After curing, the resin has good adhesion, thermal and cold shock resistance and low shrinkage. Tacusil® U20050 is photo-curing adhesive designed for the bonding of computer connector PVC/PET/PI and metal connector. The connector will not peel off and short-circuit when the connector is bending. Showing excellent hardness and surface drying, Tacusil® U20050 will not bond hands or dust. Tacusil® U20050 can fast-cure and is particularly suited for applications where high transparency, high speed curing and clear for encapsulating of electronic field.

Tacusil® U20051 is a soft light hardening resin developed for fixing and cementing glass and plastic. Tests have found that its effect on cementing plastic materials is also good. It can harden rapidly under the irradiation of ultraviolet light and provide excellent adhesion strength. Quality control can be done online before exposure to light to adjust to the correct positions. It can harden in a few seconds after exposure to light, which helps reduce working time. Please note that the resin should be kept above 25℃. Inclusions may crystallize and separate out at low temperature.

Tacusil® UVA0207 is a medium viscosity, fast curing urethane acrylate that bonds well to engineered plastics and metal based substrates. This product requires direct UV exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify UV intensity and exposure time. Short wave length UV light as 260nm will reduce its surface tacky.

Tacusil® UVA0209 is high viscosity, fast curing urethane acrylate that bonds well to engineered plastics and metal based substrates. This product requires direct UV exposure during cure and needs to moisture cure under ambient for 24 hours to get better bonding strength and performance. For the application with shadow area, this material also can get full cure without UV.
